Based at Hamilton Golf Club in Glasgow.
Helping golfers of all abilities play better and enjoy the game more.
I started my PGA training in 2015 and qualified as a PGA Professional in 2018 whilst working at Paul Lawrie Golf Centre. During that time I also played full time on the Tartan Tour, giving me first-hand experience of what it takes to perform under pressure and improve your game.
In 2022 I joined Trump Turnberry as PGA Teaching Professional, before moving to Hamilton Golf Club in Glasgow in March 2026.
Today, I work with everyone from complete beginners to elite amateur golfers through one-to-one lessons, junior coaching, group programmes and online coaching via Skillest.

Data Over Guesswork
I like using data, but only when it's relevant to what's actually happening on the golf course. That could be TrackMan, video analysis, simple stats or skills testing.
The main thing is figuring out where you're actually losing shots and what we can work on that's going to make the biggest difference to your game.
Built Around You
There's no one perfect way to swing a golf club and I don't believe everyone should be trying to swing it the same way.
We'll look at the player in front of us, the ball flight you're trying to create and what you can realistically repeat. Ultimately, we're trying to help you control the golf ball better and get it closer to your intended target more often.
Progress You Can See
Getting better doesn't mean the same thing for everyone.
It might be lower medal scores, hitting more balls in play, fewer three-putts, losing fewer golf balls or simply enjoying your golf more.
We'll figure out what improvement looks like for you and make sure the things we're working on are actually helping you get there.
Better Golf, Not Just a Better Swing
Technique is important, but there's a lot more to playing good golf than having a good-looking swing.
Knowing your yardages and ball flight, understanding different lies and conditions, having a few shots you can rely on, improving your short game and making better decisions on the course all matter.
Practice is a big part of that too. I want to help you understand what you actually need to work on and give you a simple way of practising it, rather than trying to change everything at once.

Coaching every type of golfer.
From one-to-one lessons and junior coaching to group masterclasses and online programmes — there's a pathway for every golfer looking to improve.
